Winter camps in 2010 are going to be held on the premises of Znicz Pruszków - we hope that the central location of this sport center will meet your expectations about getting to camp in winter conditions. Training facilities, which are going to be available for participants during the Polsat Winter Soccer Skills camps have been classified by the Minister of Sport and Tourism and the company PL.2012 as a candidate for the center permits the Euro 2012. PROGRAM:
Framework Program for the daily 7-day Polsat Soccer Skills Winter Camp:
4 hours of training techniques and coordination (including 1 hours training games 4x4),
1 hours of classes with a sports psychologist,
1 hour (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) athletic training,
1 hour (Tuesday and Thursday) classes at the pool,
Sports activities developed by Polsat Soccer Skills have been consulted by the methodology of sports. The consultation dealt with both the scope and intensity of seizures in the context of the age and abilities of children.
PRICE:
Price 1-week camp for one participant is 1150 PLN.
Price includes:
- Accommodation in rooms for 2 or 3 persons with the bathrooms,
- 4 meals a day: breakfast, II breakfast, lunch, dinner, water/soft drink for training,
- Coach (group up to 4 persons),
- Classes with sports psychologist,
- Professional staff of educators,
- Meetings with sports stars,
- Swimwear provided by Adidas,
- Certificate,
- number of attraction,
Price does not include travel costs.
Soccer Skills Polsat Winter Camps are held during winter break. Each camp lasts 7 days, begins on Sunday and includes 30 hours:
- Football training techniques,
- Classes with sports psychologist,
- Athletic training,
- Lessons in the pool.
Polsat Winter Soccer Skills camps are held on the premises of Znicz Pruszków (sports hall, a training pitch with artificial surface, a swimming pool, meeting rooms), and accommodation at the Hotel Ideal is located in the club.
Each participant starts training camp on proficiency tests, the basis for determining the training needs. The tests include not only a technical exercise, but also elements of training games, to objectively identify areas for improvement and to choose their individual sets of training.
Classes according to the Polsat Soccer Skills training standards shall be conducted in coach mode 1 - 4 boys and addressed to boys aged 8 - 16 years irrespective of the level of football skills.
Parents / guardians at the end of the camp receive a description of their child prepared by the coach operator, and sports psychologist.
